Shiv Sena wants coalition over BJP's 24-year-old formula

In Maharashtra, the formula of coalition formation has not yet been decided between BJP and Shiv Sena. While BJP is making all efforts to combine Shiv Sena on one side. On the other hand, Shiv Sena is also engaged in negotiations with the BJP while recognizing the dignity of the spot. Shiv Sena is talking about the alliance with BJP on the basis of Bal Thackeray's model in 1995.
The eyes of Shiv Sena are on the 1995 model. In order to combine with BJP, Shiv Sena is claiming about 150 seats in Maharashtra's 288-seat assembly and 25-26 seats out of total 48 seats in Maharashtra for the Lok Sabha elections.
Shiv Sena has sent this demand to the BJP high command. Shiv Sena said that the alliance of Maharashtra should be talked about only when it was made a partner under the 1995 model. In fact, for the first time in Maharashtra, the BJP and Shiv Sena coalition government formed in 1995 and the Chief Minister was crowned by Manohar Joshi of Shiv Sena.
Shiv Sena has first suggested combining with BJP to dissolve the government of Fadnavis and assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra should be done simultaneously. Apart from this, Shiv Sena has laid the second condition that the post of the chief minister should be given to him. Not only this, Shivsena wants 150 seats out of total 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly from BJP. In this way, the demand for 25 to 26 seats out of the 48 seats of the Lok Sabha is keeping.
However, BJP is not easily acceptable to these three demands of the Shiv Sena because of the stubbornness of the Shiv Sena in the 2014 assembly elections. BJP came to be the largest party and later Shiv Sena had to form the government with him. But, the manner in which Shiv Sena's influence on the alliance with BJP seems to be that it is not easy to accept.
